Jennifer Ng is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 10 years experience as a digital project manager. Equipped with a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) qualification from Scrum Alliance, she dived into one of Southeast Asia's leading tech startups to look for adventure in agile product development. It has been challenging yet rewarding to be the Agile Coach of the organisation and Scrum Master to the scrum team. Nevertheless, it has been exciting coaching team members to think in an agile manner and working with the team to adapt processes to fit the constantly-changing landscape of a startup environment.
