Who provides the PSPO-A certification?

The PSPO-A certification is offered by the Scrum.org, a world-renowned body dedicated to helping professionals, leaders, and organizations embrace agile by understanding its principles, processes, and values.

Can I get certified without taking the Professional Scrum Product Owner™(PSPO) Course?

Scrum.org requires you to clear the PSPO-A assessment to get the PSPO-A certification. While taking the PSPO-A course is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. The objective of the course is far beyond just helping you clear the assessment. Our instructors impart learning from real-world experiences to help you excel in your role as a Product Owner.

What is the process to get PSPO-II Certification?

The following steps are mandatory for getting PSPO-II CertificationStep 1: Register for KnowledgeHut’s PSPO-II course and attend the 2-day training.Step 2: You will receive the assessment key from Scrum.org by email soon after the course.Step 3: Take the PSPO Level II assessment. Score a minimum of 85% on the assessment during this one-hour open book assessment.Step 4: Once you have successfully cleared the assessment, you can download the PSPO Level II certificate.

Do you provide a course completion certificate?

Yes, you will receive a course completion certificate on completing the course.

How long does it take to get PSPO-A certified?

You will have to attend two days or 16 hours of PSPO-A training under a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) following which you will receive a key to the PSPO II Assessment. Once you pass the Assessment, you are declared PSPO-A certified and can instantly download your certificate.

Are PSPO-A course materials and workshop instructions provided in advance?

Yes, your PSPO-A course material will be provided in advance. You will receive an email with a link to set your password a few days in advance of the scheduled course. Once you log in to PRISM, you will have access to the study plan and all the course material.

What PSPO-A course material will I receive?

The PSPO-A course material comprises of the course schedule or study plan, workbooks and all relevant assignments, assessments, or case studies.

Can I record the PSPO-A training session?

The PSPO-A sessions would be auto recorded on PRISM, subject to permission by Scrum.org® and the PST. Based on the permissions, you would have lifetime access to the video recordings of the sessions as well.

Can I cancel my enrolment? Do I get a refund?

Can I pay the course fees in instalments?

Yes, instalment options are available for payment of course fees. To avail the instalment option, please get in touch with us at support@knowledgehut.com. The team will explain how the instalments work and provide timelines for your case. Typically, the number of instalments varies from 2 to 3, but the full amount must be paid before you complete the course.
