The Scrum Master Workshop covers all topics that will help participants deal with day to day Scrum work and many more responsibilities. You will learn how to deal with a Scrum Master job interview and learn the skills to become an effective servant leader.
This course is ideal for existing and aspiring Scrum Masters who want to understand how to be effective in their roles and develop insights into the journey towards becoming great scrum masters.
