Build Agile teams for organizational success
Agile teams are comprised of groups of cross-functional individuals who work in close collaboration and with complete transparency to form a cohesive unit. The interaction between team members plays an important role in the success of the project, and it is of critical importance that each team member understands his or her role in the context of the overall project framework, and is able to understand the practices and philosophies underlying Agile methodology.
Our two-day Agile Team Development training course is ideal for software development teams who are new to Agile or established Agile teams who would like to be more effective. The course combines Belbin Team Roles theory with teaching on Agile principles and techniques, to equip teams to work together more effectively in an Agile context. As part of the course, individual members and the team as a whole will receive a Belbin assessment, detailing their behavioural tendencies. The course uses Bruce Tuckman’s Forming-Storming-Norming-Performing model as a framework and aims to equip the team with the skills they need to move from a group of individuals to a high performing Agile team.
This training is being conducted in partnership with the George Training and Development Institute.
On successful completion of the course, you will receive a Course Completion Certificate from KnowledgeHut with Credits (1 credit per hour of training).
