The Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification is a designation offered by Scaled Agile, Inc. (Scaled Agile) to practitioners who complete ASPC live training by an SPCT and demonstrate their understanding of SAFe by passing the Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant certification exam. ASPC certifications and all other SAFe certifications are issued by Scaled Agile, Inc.
The ASPC certification training is based on live-interactive training led by a SAFe Practice Consultant – T (SPCT), 1 hour of self-paced learning, and 4 hours of live peer-to-peer learning lab experience. You will understand how to accelerate and sustain a SAFe transformation across an enterprise. SAFe implementation is a detailed step by step process as outlined in the SAFe Implementation roadmap. The Advanced SAFe Practice Consultants will ensure that the transformation continues to yield long term results by leveraging lean portfolio principles and by developing a culture of relentless improvements.
The training is designed to get ASPCs well versed in accelerating SAFe transformations and engaging leaders, apart from inculcating relentless improvement and excelling in LPM implementations.
