I am Seshadri Venkataraman and I want to thank you for seeing through my professional profile. I possess 16+ years of Industrial Experience across the Central Government (Research and Development Sectors in the DRDO - Gas Turbine Research Establishment, CSIR - National Aerospace Laboratories) as an R & D Scientist, in Corporate sectors of Small, Medium and Large Enterprise capacities and in startup businesses, respectively. I am a Speaker in the Scrum Alliance and I am also a volunteer and member in the Project Management Institute's Chennai Chapter community.

To give myself a quick brief, I am an Enterprise Agile Transformation Architect, Coach & Mentor for a large BFSI P&L customer spanning across the Americas, the Europe and the UK Clusters and other key internal organizational initiatives.  I am a proven consummate global professional with diverse exposure to various geographies, culture & influences with an innate ability to adapt and deliver organisational results amidst dynamic business environment. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering in addition to a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business.
