Mario has worked in ATAN, Accenture and Alamo IT, leading large projects around the world for clients such as PepsiCo, Vallourec and Petrobras. Under the mentorship of Certified Scrum Trainer, Michel Goldenberg, Mario developed a keen interest in Scrum and Agile and his eventual foray into CSD was a culmination of his passions - development and agile methodologies. Besides providing training, he also spearheads a software solutions firm 'Facta' with his partners Alysson Mendonça and Rafael Neves. Right now Mario divides his time between Facta and running CSD classes which he enjoys as he loves to teach what he actually does.
