CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing with request email sent to kh.reachus@upgrad.com. For a cancellation request received on any date prior to 15 days from the event date a processing charge of 20% will be held and 80% of the fee will be refunded. No refund applicable for any cancellation request received within 0-14 days from the event date.
TRANSFERS
Transfer of confirmed seat will be accepted only if well notified through email prior to the event.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be processed in 20 days from the event date. In exceptional circumstances, refunds will be processed as outlined below.
Exceptional Circumstances

The event organiser reserves the right to change the date, venue, program, duration or other such items on event board in case of exceptional circumstances. In case of such changes, the agreement to participation will remain in force as long as the confirmed participant is kept informed about the change in advance.

In the unlikely event that the organiser should have to cancel the event, the confirmed participant are free to choose between full refund or transfer to our next live event. But the organiser is not responsible for any other related expenses incurred by the participant towards the participation at the event, including hotel and travel expenses.

The organiser will not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under the event terms and conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure.

Any expense incurred towards attending the event will not be borne by the event organisers
(For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions prescribed in this document, ‘Force Majeure’ means any cause beyond our control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defense requirements, acts o r regulations of national or local governments.)
