Quality of taking feedback and working on them is very important irrespective of the field you are working in. This ability makes a candidate fit for the company. For instance, you can answer this like: 

“If I were involved in a campaign receiving negative feedback, my first step would be to take a step back and assess the situation. I would consider the specific nature of the negative feedback and identify any valid concerns or issues that may have been raised. I would then work with my team to figure out a plan to address these concerns and mitigate any negative effects of the campaign. This might involve changing the campaign, issuing a public apology or statement, or engaging with stakeholders to address their concerns. 

It is important to respond to negative feedback in a timely and appropriate manner, as ignoring or brushing the concerns of stakeholders can potentially damage the reputation of the campaign and the organization.
