The ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) credential is offered by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). 

No. You cannot get certified without undertaking the course. ICP-ACC believes in true learning which requires in-person training and hands-on experience carried out by an expert Agile Coach through an accredited member organization.

On successfully completing the ICP-ACC training by demonstrating your Agile expertise and knowledge during the training sessions, you will earn you the ICP-ACC certification.

Here are the steps to get ICP-ACC certified: 

1. Register for the course from KnowledgeHut, an ICAgile Member Organization.   
2. Attend the 24-hours ICP-ACC training   
3. Upon successful completion of the ICP-ACC course, you will receive an invitation from ICAgile to view your transcript and claim your certificate from www.ICAgile.com.      
4. Complete the post-class survey and claim your certificate. 
5. You will receive the download link to your ICAgile certification badge. 

Yes, you will receive a course completion certificate from KnowledgeHut on successfully completing the course. On successful completion of this course, you'll earn the ICP-ACC designation from the internationally acclaimed, ICAgile.

No, your certificate will not mention the course was held online. It will look the same as the in-person certificates.

Yes, your course material will be provided in advance. You'll receive an email with a link to set your password a few days in advance of the scheduled course. Once you log in to PRISM, you will have access to the study plan and all the course material.  

The course material comprises of the course schedule or study plan, workbooks and all relevant assignments, assessments, and case studies. 

The sessions would be auto recorded on PRISM, subject to permission by ICAgile and experienced Agile Coach. Based on the permissions, you would have lifetime access to the video recordings of the sessions as well.

No, you will not yet be able to join the training through phone or tab. Please be prepared to join the training on your laptop or desktop.

If you get disconnected during the training, you will have the option to re-join the session within half an hour, subject to accreditation body guidelines and the instructor's preference. 

Our workshops are currently held online. Anyone with a stable internet connectivity, from any desired place across the world, can benefit from the workshop and get certified as a professional Agile Coaching.  You can check out the schedules here

You will receive a registration link to your e-mail id. You will have to set your password, log in to our online Immersive Learning Experience platform (PRISM) and start your learning journey.

If you miss a class, you can access the class recordings from PRISM at any time. At the beginning of every session, there will also be a 10-12-minute recapitulation of the previous class.  

You will get the benefit of both since this is a blended learning workshop.

We currently use the Zoom platform for video conferencing and will soon be adding more integrations with Webex and Microsoft Teams. However, all the sessions and the recordings will be available right from within our learning platform. Learners will not need to wait for any notifications or links or install any additional software.
