As a CSP you can motivate and challenge Scrum teams and organizations to improve their Agile and Scrum methods and lead the way to team success.
KnowledgeHut brings you a series of courses and events that will help you gain the requisite SEUs to apply for the CSP certification. We are an REA of Scrum Alliance and these programs will be conducted by Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs) who will help you further strengthen your Scrum fundamentals while also gaining the required educational units to make you eligible for the CSP credential.

To become a Certified Scrum Professional® ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) or Product Owner (CSP-PO), you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
If you have an active CSD certification then you need to fulfil these criteria to earn your CSP
To RENEW CSP, again SEUs need to be accumulated:
Renewing in 2018: USD 250 and 40 SEUs (collected within the past two years)
Renewing in 2019 and beyond: USD 350 and 60 SEUs (collected within the past two years)

Agile Process Coaching Track – Agile process coaching is one of the most after sought skills in the agile world. We recommend workshops that help in gaining the right knowledge to help participants grow in the area of Agile process coaching, while also earning SEUs in order to become a CSP.

CSP is the next level of expertise in Agile and Scrum after CSM, CSD and CSPO. This certification can be a stepping stone for further niche qualifications such as Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC). This credential will reflect your vast knowledge and experience of Scrum and also validate your commitment to continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria for CSP:
To become a Certified Scrum Professional® ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) or Product Owner (CSP-PO), you must satisfy following eligibility criteria:
If you have an active CSD certification then you need to fulfil these criteria to earn your CSP
If you satisfy the prerequisites, then you can apply on the Scrum Alliance website, pay the fee and once your application is accepted, you will receive the certification.
There is no exam for CSP certification.
The total fee is $250 which is split up like this :
No, the CSP certification needs to be renewed every 2 years. The renewal fee is $250.
The minimum time to get the certification is two weeks provided your application sails through without any review comments or follow ups. In case it comes in a review, it will take two more weeks to get review comments cleared.
